ENVISIONING THE PERFECT WORLD

in Hive Learners9 months ago

We all hope for a better life where life will be so conducive for everyone and where there will not be issues of insecurity. All these issues started in this generation because, in our forefathers' generation, they had a seamless life, things were so lovely, and people could go out at will without any fear.

During that time there was no vehicle and they traveled using camel or trekking but now things are getting worse than expected, that generation can trek miles without anyone hijacking them on their way.

If there were such a life now, we wouldn't be thinking of kidnappers, we could leave our doors open and nothing would go missing, in a borderless life, I think I wish to be a Traveler.

I love to explore the world, explore many states in my country, I love to travel but two things always hold me back, I am always afraid of accidents and secondly, I do not have a Ransom to pay to the kidnappers.

So many people can say goodbye in the morning and never return home because of kidnappers in my country, not in my country alone I think most countries are dealing with this also, especially most African countries.

Traveling to different states can open your mind and knowledge to their culture, I love the Hausa people but I have never been to their state because of all these insecurity issues, I wish I could live among them for months without fear, from what I heard and had seen Hausa people are very friendly and accommodating if you didn't tamper with their religion, They are lovely and trust Worthy, Hausa people will always tell you the difference between fake and original, they will never cheat you when buying things from them.

I would love to be a traveler to learn from different cultures, also I love the Calabar's mostly their culture, and I would love to witness more about their culture and so on.

I will never limit myself to my country alone, I would love to travel to Ghana because I love Ghana as much as other African countries, Ghana will be the first country I would love to visit, and I would love to learn about their culture as well, their eating habits and what is necessary to know about them.

My daily life

My daily life will be fun, having fun with different cultures, and learning from them, feeling free to relate with them without fear, I do not have to close one eye and open the other just to hear run, and the world will be peaceful and we will all live in peace and harmony.

Is such a life possible?

This is a terrible question to answer, it is very possible in some country that has good leaders, in my country it can be possible if all our present leaders die and we fumigate the country, if you are a Nigerian you will know what I am talking about.

This is my entry for this week's hive-learners prompt of #hl-w103e3 which is tagged "A PERFECT WORLD"

We are both on the same page here. Two things that makes me get scared of travelling and exploring different places are the issue with road accidents and kidnapping. But it doesn't stop one from travelling because we all the time do. Take away insecurity from the list, a lot of people would want to try new things, explore new places and learn different cultures. I love it.

Hausa people are good their problem is religion like you said. I think you would like them if you go down there if not for insecurity. I also like Ghana and i am planning to visit there some day of God permits.

Truly our forefathers enjoyed optimum security in their day, not that they were not having security challenges at all but it was not as loud as ours. Our generation is full of darkness, if God doesn't intervene, I wonder what the next two decades would be like.

Learning other countries' way of life will really be interesting. We will not just be stock to a particular place year after year rather we get to visit and know what being to other regions feel like.

Be prepared because we are going to explore the world together. We hope for better security someday and everything will be fine.

Kidnapping is one menace that is keeping one away from exploring the the rich cultural diversity of this country. Talking of accident, one could stay for a year without traveling and still have an accident the first day he chose to travel.
Life without insecurity would be fun like you rightly stated. Cheers!!!

I agree with the accident part, is only God that is protecting us from something like that.
