Appearance is very crucial, the way one dresses say so much about the person. I mean you are going to be employed to attend to people, it will speak very ill of the organization as a whole if their workers outfit doesn't speak well. I think considering both appearance and ones skill will do best when they are combined to rate recruit workers.
