Today I join the Creative Sunday initiative. A pleasure to share once again with you, this time I bring you a quick and easy to prepare recipe for those who love pasta, this is a delicious spaghetti with spinach, double cheese and ham, with a cream of milk and cheese llanero, is a very nutritious dish, as spinach contains multiple benefits and I assure you that we delighted our senses.
Without further ado, here are the ingredients and the step-by-step:
--200 g of short pasta
-4 cups of water to parboil the pasta
-150 g fresh spinach
-100 grams of llanero cheese
-4 slices of ham
-3 cloves of garlic
-1/2 onion
-2 spoonfuls of powdered milk
-200 ml water to make the milk
-1 pinch of nutmeg
-Salt and pepper to taste
-1 tablespoon of butter
Garnish:
*Mozzarella cheese to taste
𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝕊𝕖𝕡𝕥 𝕓𝕪 𝕤𝕥𝕖𝕡:
- Start by adding water to the pot and a pinch of salt and bring to the stove. When it boils, add the pasta and let it al dente. Reserve one cup of the cooking water before draining, drain and set aside.
- Heat the frying pan over medium heat, add the butter, let it melt and add the chopped onion in squares, followed by the previously crushed garlic, sauté.*
- Add the washed and de-leafed spinach to the pan and cook until wilted.
- Blend the powdered milk in water and chop the llanero cheese in squares and add to the blender cup. When it is combined, we take this mixture to the pan, mix until it is combined with the spinach.
- Cut the ham into julienne strips and add, cook for a few more minutes to heat.
- Add the drained pasta to the pan and mix well. If necessary, add a little of the reserved cooking water to obtain a creamier texture.
- Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Serve and decorate with grated mozzarella cheese.
- We enjoyed the delicious pasta with spinach, llanero cheese, ham and mozzarella cheese.
