I remember my project defense… I was doing well o till I looked at one lecturer and saw him pressing phone. I froze because I felt maybe what I was saying was nonsense so he would rather press his phone. Immediately I started to stutter and was sweating. It was really an embarrassing situation. Public speaking is not for the weak sha

Someone once told me that if I want to talk, I should look above the heads of everyone present because I might get distracted and lose focus if I'm looking at them because there are those who would make you feel you aren't saying anything good. And that helped me, too. I only look at you with just a blink and I move on.
