Lol in Nigeria we can't seem to separate the medical profession... Nurse go do both her work and Doctor work combine, making the doctor almost useless.. Hopefully we get it right.

In rural areas and even some urban areas, people don't know the difference between the two professions. They take all male medical practitioners as doctors, while all female medical professionals are nurses.
