I also struggled with public speaking while growing up but engaging in debates in school helped me because I am a very strong argumentative person 😂.

I learnt by standing in front of a mirror and reciting the speech and you are right when you said one has to be fully prepared. Make enough research, get good examples and be able to piece it together.
