It is difficult to see a parrot freely in the city unless it is kept in a cage. This happened when I went to a fair in Saidpur city. I saw this parrot in a cage somewhere in the fair. Everyone feels a little bad to see a bird like this in a cage alone. However, the parrot was very beautiful to look at.
