Good morning…my favourite breakfast is natural yoghurt, without additives or sugar, with fruit. I can vary between apple, papaya or banana, they are my favourites.

I don't negotiate the accompanying drink, it's coffee. Black, strong and without sugar. It's a breakfast that I enjoy because it's natural, light and healthy. I don't have breakfast so early, I prefer mid-morning, 10:00am.

I very rarely can I eat a light breakfast, so I stop at 4 or 5 in the morning, I must eat after drinking coffee, it is a habit of the year, even if it is 2024, I have implemented fasting, which has worked quite well for me, I will learn to eat light. Coffee, do not negotiate, I agree with you ☕.

The good thing is that there are options for every taste...even variety and types of coffee.

A very natural and healthy breakfast, without a doubt I would have a breakfast with fruits. There is nothing better than fruits to recharge the body with energy.

I leave you a cup of coffee.☕

Fruits are always an excellent option, because they are natural and have fiber, especially if you can consume them in their shells.

I like plain yogurt too. I don't go for the sweetened with syrup and stuff ones.

Is true, @phoenixwren Cuando se aprende a comer el yogurt con su sabor natural e igualmente el café, ya no se necesita poner edulcorantes, ni azúcar ni aditivos...sino probar su sabor natural.

I haven't gotten there with coffee yet. Too bitter for me! hahaha

...that's why there are options...it's the best, being able to decide what we like the most.

Equal. I've never gotten into the habit of having breakfast early.
I can't imagine any other companion other than coffee.

Very healthy everything, and no sugar, well I can't stop taking sugar, I like sweet things, I even add a little bit to my coffee, but not too much.
And you're right, coffee at breakfast is not negotiable.

@jordy0827, I have been drinking sugar-free coffee for more than three years...I don't know why I started, but now I don't know how I used to drink it sweet...now I feel the natural flavor of coffee and I don't change it.

Yogurt and fruits is so yummy. It doesn't sustain me for more than a couple of hours, but I find it delicious. Also, it's healthy!

I eat it plain or add raisins or prunes; sometimes I add a sliced banana and crushed walnuts. What I never do is eat it with coffee/tea, but if I had to choose, it'd be coffee 😋
