What I can tell is that it gives a relaxing vibe - something you want from a coffee shop.

I agree with you there.
When I dine at a coffee shop, I want it to be as relaxing with all of that. However, at airports or while travelling, I might not be so concerned, and pretty much grab a cuppa and go:)

        Totally. If it's too busy, then that defeats the purpose for me. Might as well just order to go.
