Your pancakes look great and I am sure that they taste this way too! Of course, that with coffee I prefer sweet foods, but maybe it is even better to enjoy my coffee without anything. Just pure coffee taste! 😝

        Food changes the taste of coffee, but we're used to it, as we, and I'm generalizing, often soak pastries in our coffee 🙊 But we wouldn't do so if it was specialty coffee 🙈
