Awesome! You can keep your coffee intact.
But I do like your coffee canister. It looks elegant and even though you can't vacuum seal it, the lid looks like it does a good job.

The lid has a silicone ring that keeps the canister sealed, but I want to remove the excessive air too.
I always liked clean and simple looking tools, so that’s why we bought this jar. I think that we bought it for storing various seeds for cooking, but now it is dedicated to coffee.
