It happens to me if I am producing in oral or written form, but if I'm passive, checking papers, no problem; I remember I could play with my son when he was little while I was checking papers or revising my own texts. Anyway, multitasking is something I try to avoid most of the time in the last years, as I've learned it isn't good for my long term memory; it's better if I focus on ine single thing, but everything depends, at least in my case, if I'm procuding or receiving info. Coffee will save us all, I guess 😂
