Good morning to all coffee lovers, thank you for welcoming me to this warm community.
Today, once again, I begin the morning with a steaming cup of exquisitely flavored coffee to replenish my energy and face the challenges of the new day.
Coffee is comparable to the nectar of the gods; it's vital and intoxicating, like mead and wine.
Every sip of coffee is the prelude to a good day, so it's worth serving it in a beautiful cup to enjoy it in the style of the gods. I learned this ritual from my grandmother.
She skillfully and willingly served it in a white enamel coffee pot to take to the spacious dining room where family and friends would gather.
This coffee had the charm of sparking lively conversations and brief lessons that we unconsciously accumulated in our training.
This was the reason I loved the afternoons, for the pleasant conversation and, of course, Grandma's aromatic coffee.
How can I break this habit that has taken such a deep root in me, for the many pleasant moments it provided me?
It's true, times have changed. The enamel coffee pot no longer exists, and I embrace what modern times offer us: a faster brewing pot, cups with attractive designs, and even the dining room is smaller.
Today I'm the one who makes the coffee, clinging to the best family traditions passed down, but if you were to ask me right now, ¿What is the best coffee?
I would say, without hesitation, my grandmother's. Its magical flavor is still etched in my memory.
