Good morning. Answering the question of my favorite breakfast, I tell you. I like to have breakfast with a glass of green juice containing: pineapple, cucumber, parsley, celery, turmeric, sesame and ginger, some soda crackers, soft cheese and a cup of coffee.

This breakfast goes in parts. I drink the green juice after the first cup of coffee, which is usually with milk. Then after two hours, when I feel hungry, come the crackers with cheese and a good cup of black coffee.

Buenos días. Respondiendo a la pregunta de mi desayuno favorito, les comento. Me gusta desayunar con un vaso de jugo verde que contiene: piña, pepino, perejil, celery, cúrcuma, ajonjolí y jengibre, unas galletas de soda, queso blando y una taza de café.

Este desayuno va por partes. El jugo verde me lo tomo después de la primera taza de café, que por lo general es con leche, Luego como a las dos horas, que es cuando siento hambre, vienen las galleticas con queso y una buena taza de café negro.

You have a very structured breakfast. I like green juice...but I don't drink it with breakfast. However, in the morning while I'm making myself something to eat, I also have a cup of coffee.

...and so healthy. It's refreshing and healing. Besides, the aroma must be really therapeutic. I must try this juice.

Crackes are always welcome if you ask me. They are satisfying, so you don't need to eat much. They go well with coffee and jam! For me, that's all you have to tell me so I want crackers for breakfast 😋
