To go please...

A few days ago I was at the mall making some payments for home services. I finished early and went straight to my shop to work on a beautiful coffee mug that I want to give to my daughter's teacher for the end of the school year. So I made a quick stop at my favorite coffee shop and ordered the usual: a Mocha with double chocolate on the bottom and no sugar. I enjoyed it infinitely

When I see the coffee sign, I can't help but stop, even if I don't have time to sit down and enjoy it, I just order it to go.

I really prefer to take it, if I have time...

That's why I ordered it to go. These glasses keep the heat in. My house is 15 minutes from the mall and the chichos wrapped my cup in paper and then with a cardboard fastener. By the time I got into the shop and got to work the coffee was just the way I like it.

You can't live without coffee. I think we go through a lot that we have to have our daily dose of caffeine no matter the place or the time. I hope we can see the finished mug that you make to give as a gift.

The few times I have ordered coffee to go is when I didn't have a coffee maker at the office and I couldn't stay there to drink it, I was exhausted and needed a coffee, so I went to a nearby coffee shop and ordered one to go, but it is uncomfortable to carry it without spilling or burning yourself, since there was no special container to carry coffee.

Exactly the same thing happened to me. Then instead of enjoying the coffee, you are watching to make sure it doesn't spill.

We used to ask the barista to have our coffee in takeaway cups, but we still drink it inside the coffee shop. XD

You're right, seeing the coffee sign makes us stop and have one, but we can't always do it, it's a good option to order takeaway and enjoy it on the way.

It's good to have options for days like this one. Sometimes you don't want to miss that special coffee you're savoring already in your mind. It's just nice!
