This weekend, I went shopping with my husband, because we needed some clothes and we went to a famous department store called Traki, there are several branches located here in Caracas- Venezuela and almost all of them I have visited at some time, I say almost, because I missed this one I visited, located in one of the most beautiful areas of my city; known as El Rosal. My husband did know its location, as he once worked near the place and even saw its fast construction, that is, it is relatively new; so we went to visit it. We did our shopping and, as always, there came a time when we needed to take a break and, almost leaving before going down to the basement to retrieve our car, we saw a nice place called Caffe Izzo, as in an annex to the mezzanine of the store.

The first thing we saw when we entered, were its open spaces and at the same time protected from the street. In the place, apart from the café, there was also a place for breakfast or snacks; integrated as a place to take a break and rest. For the moment, as it was already afternoon hours, what we needed and longed for was a good coffee; when we entered immediately, we were attended by the young people who worked in the place. My husband asked for his light brown coffee, which is a coffee with a minimum of milk with more coffee, giving it that special flavor that distinguishes it from other coffees. In my case, my beloved café con leche; coffee that can be said to have an equal measure of coffee and milk, I love it.
We chose a place from where we could see part of the street and also be able to see all the movement of the staff and people. Personally, I like to see the barista's work, how he/she moves around and how he/she makes his/her designs on top of the coffees, although I try not to get in the way or make the person nervous, so I usually place myself a bit far from the bar. When I go to take my pictures, I try to get up and take them, but very discreetly, although sometimes, I interact with the staff, so that they feel comfortable with my presence; because I look like a paparazzi in many occasions, ha, ha, ha, ha.
When I saw our coffees, I enjoyed the beautiful design on it, but the taste was the best, both were just right, very rich indeed; we enjoyed them very much, besides the price seemed quite reasonable, for the place, taste and appearance; 2.5 $ in my opinion very supportive, that was the finishing touch with which we closed our shopping. At the end, we headed to the basement where there is an exit and entrance. It was from the inside, connected to the store through glass doors, in a very discreet way. I loved that visit and we promised ourselves to return to both the store and the cafe that is integrated to it. It was very nice, I recommend it 100%. My regards to all my friends!
