Hello, people of the internet, everything ok? Today I had the joy of buying a nice coffee made by the best barista at our work, my friend
The coffee is always (and logically) ground first, as the ideal for a good coffee is to have it in beans and grind it when it is time to drink it, thus avoiding the loss of its main components such as oils, aroma, etc.
Then the coffee has to be ‘pressed’ with these tools, the excess coffee has to be removed first, then well levelled and then pressed for later extraction.
Mi amiga puso el chocolate y la vainilla en la taza para la extracción. Mientras tanto, se puso a cremar la leche
He then settled the foam a little and then homogenised the milk. This process (swirling the milk) causes the froth to integrate and take on a shiny hue, then it is ready to be added to the coffee
So finally, latte art. Albany, my friend, is very good at this aspect although her forte is the taste of the coffee, she pays attention to detail and her filtering is excellent. After the whole process, it was time to enjoy the coffee
And well, people, that's all for today's post, I hope you liked it. Thank you very much as always for supporting my work, I welcome new readers, I love you all very much, I send you a hug and I'll see you in another post.
