This afternoon after driving the wife to work , i decided to stop at this nature reserve that i had visited before to see if there would be any mushrooms and maybe some autumn colors in the trees .
the area i went to is called Bloeidaal here is the google map link :

When i got out of the car i noticed all these small flies on the hedra leaves
)
)
) not sure if they are there for the leaves or for the flowers of the hedra.
) Moving in to the forest , pretty darl lack of light and already some yellow leaves on the ground .
) And a good thing i brought my waterproof shoes with me , it was very muddy from the rain of the past days .
) The water level was high in the trench , last time i visited it was almost dry .
) Hawthorn berries are still on the tree no one has eaten them yet
) same berries differend settings
) groundwater level is pretty high as you can see , water enough but still no mushrooms.
) yeah a blackberry leaf turning to autumn color finally
) Drone fly on a pink flower , no it's not a macro shot but still a nice close-up .
) Another type of fly on a pink flower , looks like a corn flower family
) Hardly any sunlight to see , or clouds just a grey sky .
) ohhh finally a mushroom on a dead willow tree trunk
)
)
)And then just when i'm about to enter the parking lot again ...
)i see a group of Amanita muscaria / Vliegenzwam / Fly agaric
)Already damaged by animals and / or humans
)Looks like some mice had dinner here or snails
)hard to tell who or waht tipped it over
)At least i got some mushroom pictures in the end . time to go home and get some coffee .
