Como ya les mencioné, este año ha sido de cambios drásticos, comenzando porque me mudé a Venezuela de nuevo. Esto implica comenzar una vida nueva aqui en mi país natal.
Los cambios suelen llevarme a una situación de ansiedad, incertidumbre e inseguridad. Me hacen sobrepensar mucho las cosas y dejarme en un estado de incomodidad. En estos momentos me gusta apoyarme mejorando mi aspecto. Esta vez me hice un corte de cabello y una hidratación.
El efecto fue inmediato, me gustó mucho el resultado e inclusive las personas han notado el cambio y me lo han hecho saber.
Aunque no sea algo directamente relacionado con el cambio de vida, cambiar mi look me ayuda a sentirme mejor conmigo misma y poder continuar realizando lo importante para seguir adelante.
New life, new look
As I mentioned before, this year has been one of drastic changes, starting with my move back to Venezuela. This means starting a new life here in my home country.
Changes often lead to anxiety, uncertainty, and insecurity. They make me overthink things and leave me feeling uncomfortable. During these times, I like to support myself by improving my appearance. This time, I got a haircut and a moisturizer.
The effect was immediate; I really liked the result, and even people have noticed the change and let me know.
Although it's not directly related to the life change, changing my look helps me feel better about myself and allows me to continue doing the important things to move forward.
