Last month, almost all markets experienced sharp declines due to tariff wars, like global markets, crypto markets also experienced sharp declines. The tariff wars seem to have been postponed for now, some say they are over but I think they are not over, they are just postponed. Afterwards, many cryptocurrencies, especially Bitcoin, began to recover rapidly, especially the strong ones.
HIVE fell to $0.18 last month and even though the bears fought hard to push it down even further, they were unsuccessful, and as global markets began to recover, HIVE began to recover rapidly. On May 3, it rose to $0.28 but failed to move higher. Today, it also rose to $0.28 but there is a very strong resistance at $0.28 but it seems like it will eventually break it. If it can break the resistance at $0.28, it may bounce above $0.30.
HIVE is currently trading around $0.27 and according to Coinmarketcap data, it is up 16.60% on a weekly basis, 21.23% on a monthly basis and is up more than 50% since April 7th, this is a very strong recovery indeed and HIVE has clearly shown that it is both stronger and can move even higher.
To be honest, I don't care what the HIVE price is, what matters to me is how much HIVE I have, so I continue to buy HIVE whenever I have the chance and I have no doubt that it will gain much more value in the future. I just checked my Hive Wallet and saw that I have 27,993 Hive Power (HP) and I staked some more HIVE to get excited about reaching 28,000 HP and now I have 28,000 HP. I buy HIVE from the market whenever I have the chance, I just bought some more and I stake all my HIVE that I bought for a month on the 1st of every month, that is, on Hive Power Up Day (HPUD). Actually, any time is a great time to stake HIVE but participating in the HPUD event is also a special excitement.
I am currently excited to reach 28,000 Hive Power and will continue to stake HIVE in the coming months to further increase my Hive Power. I currently have 95 more HIVE in my wallet and I will continue to buy until June 1st and stake them all on Hive Power Up Day (HPUD) on June 1st. My goal is to stake 500 HIVE on June 1st, let's see if I can do that too.
I am very optimistic about HIVE and I believe it will gain even more value in the future. And I think HIVE is the best blockchain and I want to say that I feel very lucky to be a part of the wonderful Hive community, I really love HIVE. And my goal is to reach 1,000,000 Hive Power by my retirement and and I will enjoy it after retirement.
