Opening 10 Ultimate Chests

The season is ending in Splinterlands and before that happens I'm going to spend my last Glint to buy and open Ultimate Chests in the reward shop.

As I mentioned recently in one of my posts about Splinterlands, I wasn't active during this season because the price of DEC and SPS was fluctuating a lot and now I'm developing a new strategy to make a profit in the game and I'll only test it next season.

I've also been very busy with my work and participating in this season wouldn't be a good idea for me.

Since one of my goals in Splinterlands is to get my current reward cards to the maximum level and I didn't want to miss the chance to open Loot Chests during an entire season, I decided to burn some Gold Foil cards that I had to get Glint and open some Loot Chests.

My goal is with regular reward cards so the Gold Foils won't be very useful to me because I would hardly be able to get all of them to the maximum level.

Today I decided to burn 9,000 CP on Gold Foil cards and that gave me 45,000 Glint which will be enough for me to open 10 Ultimate Chests.

This is the amount of Glint I get after burning the Gold Foil reward cards.

Each Ultimate Chest costs 4,500 Glint so 10 will cost me 45,000 Glint as I mentioned before.

I would also have the option to open Major Chests and they would probably give me more cards and energy, but I want to open Ultimate Chests because the chance of getting a Jackpot is higher and because I haven't had much luck with Major Chests this month.

Now let's see if today is the day I finally get my long-awaited Jackpot.

Unfortunately today wasn't the day I won a jackpot, but I wasn't very unlucky and I managed to get 7 energy and some interesting cards that will be of great help in my battles, especially the 2 epic cards I received.

One of the strategies I use is to always use Alchemy potions when opening Loot Chests because this increases my chances of getting Gold Foil cards and I can burn them to get more Glint and open more Loot Chests.

I also use Legendary potions to increase my chances of getting legendary cards and if I'm lucky I can get Gold Foil legendary cards that will give me a large amount of Glint if I burn them.

For now this is my limit for Loot Chests this season and next I'll start with my new strategy for Splinterlands and open more Loot Chests.
