Hello Everyone!

I just want to share this very beautiful spot in Cebu City. it is located at TOPS Cebu. I think this one of the must visit for tourist going to Cebu City. for me, it is best to come here late in the afternoon or evening so you can see the beautiful lights of the whole city.

I just noticed how bright the lights of the whole city are. but It's actually more beautiful in person than in the photos.

      Awesome night view at Tops, Cebu. I hope to visit this after summer. Daytime and nighttime shots are equally beautiful. It feels like looking at sea of lights during the night. Nice!
