I have always thought that violet was purple and purple was violet. That's until I saw the prompt of thos week and then I went to research on it. Guess what i discovered...

Fact is that on the colour spectrum, violet has a shorter wavelength, with a bluish hue to it while purple has a broader wavelength but with a reddish or pink tone to it. Trust me, even this si not making sense to me right now as well 😁.
Violet stmbolizes luxury, wealth and in some cultures, it symbolizes wisdom, good luck and creativity. Better start thinking of getting clothes in violet colour in your wardrobe.
