La noche es un momento del día que cuando se va la luz del sol el hombre invento la luz artificial que en principio fue luz de una vela, luego la luz de gas y después la luz eléctrica.
Es por esto que las luces son una forma de hacer bellas estructuras decorativas con luces y en la foto se ve en la plaza el venezolano en el centro de la ciudad de caracas se hiso un túnel lumínico que le da un lugar atractivo donde ir a sacarse una foto en la noche, con los hijos pareja o solo.
Asi los gobiernos reginales pueden hacer que se active la noche y la visita de sitios determinados al hacer este tipo de decoraciones luminicas que se ven muy bien de noche.
