It is a lot of water during flood in your area. I hope that farmer around the area did not suffer too much damage during this water rising phenomena. Is there a warning mechanism to help you guys prepare for this time of situation? If it is an annual event and all the evidence point to the direction it is not going to return soon, I will believe in starting your production of rice. Hope I am not too far from the mind of Nature.
