I have work to do on Shop Titans today, at least in our Discord.
Since we are “victims of a coup,” so to speak, I am taking advantage of this misfortune to redesign the guild profiles.
The hyper-competitive players have decided to see if the grass is greener elsewhere, Five players have been identified and declared, and we hope that this number does not increase or lead to further defections...
This will allow me, along with those who remain, to return to our fundamentals, which is to say a CHILL guild with people who also have lives outside of the game.
The entire structure has been changed since the arrival of the instigator of the famous coup, who takes up too much space in Discord for my liking, as if this game were the main activity of the Principality's Discord.
So, after discussing it with the most active members, I'm going to clean everything up, delete most of the categories that were rarely used, and put everything in a Discord “Forum.”
It will be easier to read, we won't lose any information, and we'll end up with only one category of channels: ST: Guild Life. This will allow us to mark the occasion and clearly show that we are not looking to compete, but rather to cooperate.
In fact, the recruitment message has also been changed:
“Hi, Le Bastion is looking for motivated people. 24/7 bonus. If you're interested, Discord itharagaian”
Simple... and the motivation required is over time, not immediate results 😊

J'ai du travail sur Shop titans aujourd'hui, du moins dans notre discord.
Comme nous sommes "victimes d'un putsch", enfin façon de parler, je profite de cette mésaventure pour redessiner les profils de la guilde.
Les hyper compétiteurs ont décidé d'aller voir si l'herbe était plus verte ailleurs, 5 joueurs sont identifiés et déclarés, en espérant que ce nombre ne gonfle pas, ni ne génère d'autres défections...
Ce qui me permettra, avec ceux qui resteront, de pouvoir revenir à nos fondamentaux, c'est à dire une guilde CHILL avec des gens qui ont aussi une vie à côté du jeu.
Toute la structure ayant été modifiée, à son arrivée, par l'instigateur du fameux putsch prend trop de place dans le discord à mon goût, comme si ce jeu était l'activité principale du discord de la Principauté.
Donc je vais, après en avoir discuté avec les plus actifs, nettoyer tout cela, supprimer la plupart des catégories qui n'étaient que très peu utilisées, pour mettre tout cela dans un "Forum" Discord.
Ce sera plus lisible, nous ne perdrons aucune information, et nous n'aurons, au final, plus qu'une seule catégorie de canaux : ST: Vie de guilde.. Cela permettra de marquer le coup, de bien montrer qu'on ne cherche pas à faire de la compétition, mais bien de la coopération.
D'ailleurs, le message de recrutement aussi à été changé :
"Salut, Le Bastion recherche personnes motivées. Bonus h24. Si tu es intéressé Discord itharagaian"
Simple ... et la motivation demandée est sur le temps non sur le résultat immédiat 😊
