These photos are from a quiet trip I took with my dad. We had gone to a remote village deep inside the forest to give some groceries to a distant relative. The whole place was surrounded by tall trees and silence—it felt like we were far away from everything.
ये तस्वीरें मेरे पिताजी के साथ की गई एक शांत यात्रा की हैं। हम एक दूर के रिश्तेदार को कुछ किराने का सामान देने के लिए जंगल के अंदर एक सुदूर गाँव में गए थे। पूरा स्थान ऊँचे पेड़ों और सन्नाटे से घिरा हुआ था - ऐसा लगा जैसे हम सब कुछ से बहुत दूर थे।
In the first photo, you can see my dad standing by the car, getting the bags out of the trunk. The trees look massive around him. The road was rough and narrow, just a dirt path leading into the forest.
पहली तस्वीर में आप मेरे पिता को कार के पास खड़े होकर ट्रंक से बैग निकालते हुए देख सकते हैं। उनके चारों ओर पेड़ बहुत बड़े दिख रहे हैं। सड़क उबड़-खाबड़ और संकरी थी, जंगल की ओर जाने वाला सिर्फ़ एक कच्चा रास्ता था।
As we walked, I clicked a few photos of the trail. It kept winding through the woods, going up and down.
जैसे-जैसे हम आगे बढ़ते गए, मैंने रास्ते की कुछ तस्वीरें खींचीं। यह रास्ता जंगल के बीच से ऊपर-नीचे जाता हुआ घुमावदार रास्ता था।
There’s another photo where he’s walking slowly, with his hands behind his back. The path is a bit steep and full of stones.
एक और तस्वीर है जिसमें वह धीरे-धीरे चल रहा है, उसके हाथ उसकी पीठ के पीछे हैं। रास्ता थोड़ा सा खड़ी चढ़ाई वाला और पत्थरों से भरा हुआ है।
There was the realtive waiting further up so we handed her the bags and came back.
रिश्तेदार आगे इंतजार कर रहा था इसलिए हमने उसे बैग सौंप दिया और वापस आ गए।
I also took pictures of the car parked by the roadside—once near a patch of flowering bushes and again when we were heading back. In the last one, the car is driving along the edge of a hill, with a wide view of the forest and hills ahead. It looked peaceful and beautiful.
मैंने सड़क किनारे खड़ी कार की भी तस्वीरें लीं- एक बार फूलों की झाड़ियों के पास और फिर जब हम वापस जा रहे थे। आखिरी तस्वीर में, कार एक पहाड़ी के किनारे चल रही है, जिसमें आगे जंगल और पहाड़ियों का विस्तृत दृश्य दिखाई दे रहा है। यह शांतिपूर्ण और सुंदर लग रहा था।
