Hello Hive family. I hope you all are doing well.
Friends, I have not been blogging regularly for the last few days and I may be less active in the coming days. The reason for this is working in the apple orchards. I will write about it soon. However today I managed to find time to write or rather say I felt like writing.
I had posted a last post on the black and white community #monomad challenge and my photos got the first place by the community.
So today I want to take you all back to the beginning of my photography journey. This is a story close to my heart. I hope you enjoy it.
My passion for photography started in my school days when I was in class 7. On my birthday my parents gave me a simple cheap camera. At that time very few people had a camera. There was no digital camera in those days. It used to use a reel in which only 36 photos could be taken. Unlike today where we can take unlimited pictures on our phones, back then every click had to be taken with care.
I remember how excited I was to receive this gift. It was not just a cheap camera but a gateway to capture memories. I would take it with me to school picnics and click pictures of my friends and everything that caught my attention.
Since the camera had limited shots, I had to think before clicking each click. After the roll was full, I would go to the photo studio and I would be excited. Some pictures would come out perfect while others would come out blurry. I still have an album of my childhood pictures as a keepsake. Looking at those old pictures brings back so many memories. Some are faded, some are blurry but they all tell a story.
Today I am sharing some old pictures with you all. They may not be good but they hold emotions and memories that are priceless to me. I hope you all like these pictures.
Thank you for being a part of my photography journey.
