A few days ago I had the chance to go to a river in the forest, my main goal was just to look for gemstones that are said to be abundant in the river, the location of the river is also very far from residential areas, and with the size of the river which is not too big but surrounded and covered by lush trees, while looking for gemstones, I accidentally found a snail that was very interesting because of its golden shell.
But before that, the photos below are my entry for the #monomad challenge organized by @brumest and @monochromes
I went to the river with two friends, and when we arrived there we immediately looked for the gemstones that we were after, but when I wanted to cross the river, I managed to find a golden-shelled snail under a fallen tree, because the snail looked very beautiful and attractive, I immediately took the opportunity to photograph this golden-shelled snail.
Photographing snails is very easy, but waiting for the snail to stick its head out of its shell is a bit tricky, I have to time it just right so I can photograph the snail while it is walking, but because the snail walks very slowly, I can photograph it easily.
I felt very happy when I managed to take a picture of it. Golden shell snails are very difficult to find, especially in my village, so this opportunity came suddenly and I had to make the most of it.
I will end this post soon, and thank you very much for viewing and reading my post until the end, I hope this post can entertain you all
See you again next time🙏🏻
