Today, I want to share a photo session I did in my studio for a client who needed professional photographs to update her professional profile. She wanted to look as professional as possible!
To evoke this sense of professionalism, she arrived dressed accordingly: formal pants and shoes with a black shirt, an outfit that made her stand out against the plain white studio background.
I started by taking some standard full body standing shots:

Asi que para evocar este profesionalismo, la chica llegó con una vestimenta de acorde al tema, pantalon y zapatos formales con camisa negra, ropa que la hacia resaltar en el fondo blanco de estudio.
Comencé por hacerle algunas fotos de pie en plano general como de costumbre:
For the next photos, I placed one of the cubes on the set so she could lean on it, allowing for a different pose where the focus would be on her face:
Para las siguientes fotos puse uno de los cubos en el set para que la chica se pudiera afincar y lograr una foto diferente en donde la atención estaría en su rostro:
Then I brought in a different cube for her to sit on, making her more comfortable. We took more photos this way, and these ended up being some of her favorites:
Luego puse un cubo diferente en el set para que se pudiera sentar y se sintiera mas comoda, asi hicimos mas fotos y fueron de las favoritas de la chica:
Both of us were fascinated by the minimalist concept of these shots. By reducing elements in the frame, the focus shifted entirely to my client, reinforcing her presence and the message we wanted to convey.
To add a final touch of professionalism, my client put on an elegant blazer. This garment added that ultimate touch of authority and seriousness we were looking for:
El concepto minimalista de estas tomas nos fascinó a ambos. Al reducir los elementos en el encuadre, la atención se concentró por completo en la figura de mi cliente, reforzando su presencia y el mensaje que queríamos transmitir.
Para darle un último giro al profesionalismo, mi cliente se puso un elegante blazer. Esta prenda añadió ese toque final de autoridad y seriedad que buscábamos:
By the end, the satisfaction was mutual. Both my client and I were extremely pleased with the results of this photo session. I hope you like them as much as we did!
