This is my entry for the #monomad challenge hosted and curated by @monochromes
It was such a big coincidence and I was so grateful for this insect for coming into my house and landing on my phone. I was not sure why it would fly into the house and then landed in my phone so It was pretty easy for me to spot it.
The other good thing was that i still have my camera out, and ready for macro gear, as I still have it at my macro set-up.
I took my camera right away and then tried to photograph this little insect on my phone so that I could have some subjects to share with all of you here. This is some kind od winged ant, could not find the name of this species, but this one is quite small compared to some of the winged ants that I photograph in the past.
Please ignore the deformed phone case that I have, it shows the impact that it received as the result of my clumsiness. hahah
Here I have the lovely reflection shot of the ant on my phone screen, it tried to run away but couldn't because of the slippery surface of the screen.
