Oh time has passed so quickly and it's been 6 days since I wrote a single post for my blog, it's so sad. But okay, this week I will produce at least 3 articles hehe.Today I still have a day off and go back to my hometown to attend my grandfather's death anniversary. On this day, there are many aunts and uncles, so everyone is very crowded.
This is a picture of one of my uncle's brothers. He came to help everyone make a feast on this day. He was known as the king of the kitchen because he was very good. Every dish he got his hands on was delicious. hehe
And here is a photo of the pork after being prepared and starting to be skewered.
And this is the step of creating charcoal to grill meat.
And this is when it has been skewered and put on the grill. Briefly talking about this dish, it is made from pork belly after preliminary processing and cutting into bite-sized pieces. They are marinated with spices such as onions, salt, fish sauce, MSG, and finally skewered onto sticks and grilled over charcoal so they cook evenly and beautifully. There were a lot of dishes that I forgot to photograph but this wasn't my whole day. After eating with my family, my mother and I worked in the fields.
This is the container that my mother and I will carry to the field to grow our agricultural products. This car is connected to my motorbike so it can move faster.
The truck carries some agricultural tools to help my mother and I work faster.
As you can see, this is a farming tool improved from a bicycle. It was created
to make digging trenches for planting faster than before when we created trenches with hoes and this made planting very long. This is a bicycle with the tail cut off and a plow attached.
And this is the field that my mother and I will work on today. It's quite small, isn't it?
And here are the corn seeds for my mother and I to plant today.
And this is Npk Lam Thao fertilizer used to fertilize corn plants at the beginning. In the past, my family used raw dung from cows and buffaloes, but in recent years, my family has no longer raised cows and buffaloes, so we don't have any. this type of organic fertilizer.
And this is a photo of my mother and my nephew working. I was very surprised when my nephew was in the field and worked for me hehe.
This is the work I do today, what do you think?
