This trip is quite long so I will divide it into each day that I conquer hehe.
Before leaving, that night my mother and I went to my aunt's house to have dinner so that I could catch the bus to Sapa the next morning. And it would be indispensable to have photos of that lovely meal, right hehe.
And this is a tray of rice commonly found in Vietnamese meals, including salty dishes and indispensable vegetables, which is soup.
First, we have fried chicken. This chicken is usually industrial chicken raised in a common enclosure. They eat bran so the meat is not very delicious, but under my aunt's hands, any dish will be delicious. This dish is marinated first, then dipped in a layer of fried dough and fried in a pan of hot oil.
This is a braised meat dish with eggs. This dish is made quite elaborately. First, boil the stock, then cook the egg meat separately. Boil it, then put it in the stew with the meat until the meat is soft and then take it out. Okay
This is a meat-stuffed bitter melon dish. This dish is made from bitter melon and then stuffed with minced meat. It has both the bitter taste of bitter melon and the sweetness of minced meat. It's also very delicious.
Finally, squash soup is made from a type of long-vine fruit that grows on a vine and is very delicious and sweet. People will take the melon fruit, peel it into small pieces, and then cook the soup.
After having dinner at my aunt's house, I went to buy clothes to see if this outfit suits me hehe
