Hello everyone, today I tell you about a day in Sapa again. This is the evening of the 3rd day. We ordered dinner at the hostess's house and were welcomed very attentively by her. What we have here are 3 salty dishes and 1 vegetable dish plus rice, soup and coca
She gave me and my 3 children many options and we chose a few of them. Let's see with me what those dishes are
First of all, I would like to introduce the brightest candidate for the throne of the most delicious dish today, which is grilled chicken, ladies and gentlemen.
The chickens here are local chickens that are fed with corn and potatoes and roam freely in the northwestern hills. The dish is delicious with the aroma of chicken and honey leaves. The skin is crispy and the meat inside is not too dry to the point of being cooked.
Here are two photos when I tore the chicken apart for my mother and sister to enjoy. Hihi .
Next dish is grilled Ban pork, ladies and gentlemen. Introduced by the landlady as Ban Pig and raised by the people themselves, it is very delicious. My mother praised this dish as soft and juicy.
The next dish is fried spring rolls, ladies and gentlemen, this dish is also quite delicious, seasoned to taste and the spring roll dipping sauce is also quite delicious.
The next dish is stir-fried squash with garlic.
This dish is also quite popular and easy to eat. It is made from a climbing plant, then the young tops are chopped and stir-fried with garlic. This dish is quite delicious when eaten with rice.
After eating at home, we started moving down to the city square to watch music and eat here hehe.
That's the scene of that square on the day of the festival, it's quite big, right?
This is the view from the Sapa stone church, it's quite beautiful, right ladies and gentlemen?
And here is a picture of us watching a music and dance program performed by members of the Sapa Youth Union, which has a strong mountain and forest feel. That's the evening itinerary of my mother and I
