Hello fellow folks, hiver and friends, good day!

As I wake up early this morning, I've decided to visit my little vegetable garden inorder to pick some of lady's finger vegetables for food and my day was as great because I had already a harvest. Since a months ago which I have posted my homesteading and now this is it, this is now the fruit of my labor because I have already a harvest of its fruit.

For me, as backyard gardener and planter which this is really a blessing for having a successful and bountiful harvest of this vegetable fruit, to which it is very useful in some ingredients and most save a money in this simple initiative which it brings a big benefit.

Proudly saying that I have a gardener's blood and a legacy which it really running through my veins, because I really loves to plant of any kind of plants at home most especially vegetable plants. Infact, I really want to be involve when it comes to backyard gardening activities and the little things of nature.

And in my own opinion of this vegetables which these kind of vegetable fruit is expensive, so that's why how I am eager to plant this kind of vegetables at home. Most specific it is very useful in particular ingredients of my daily menu. Which also this fruit are such really useful and very important to my body, because it has a good source and many health benefits.

Proven and tested that it is really fresh because it is came from my backyard garden and also it is pure organic, with no fertilizer and pesticides applied, compared to the commercial vegetables that can be bought on the market, which it is very full of insecticide and pesticides treatment.

It’s called "kacang bendi" in Indonesia, but it’s not very familiar to me or the people here. I'm not sure if it would be well-received if it were available locally, as it's not a common ingredient in our usual cuisine. People might have mixed reactions to it.

Here in the Philippines, it is usually used as the main ingredients in one of the Filipino recipe which is called "utan bisaya" and others is "pinakbet". And both this recipes are very nutritious and healthy to the body.

Thanks for posting in the ASEAN Hive Community.
