We organize various meals from time to time. But Ramadan is a little different from other months. People fast all day by eating sehri and get the grace of the great creator. Also, before Maghrib Azan, people enjoy serving different types of Iftar food. I will share with you some moments after fasting all day and I am very happy and motivated to tell you about today's Iftar.
Sehri and Iftar are one of the highlights of Ramadan that we wholeheartedly believe in. Especially this extraordinary arrangement of Ramadan is always an extraordinary arrangement of blessing and virtue. We eat Sehri before Fajr to fast the whole day. Basically Sehri is helpful for fasting, especially during the day, the body is very beautiful and cheerful during other periods. By eating too much of various foods, we live with various diseases. But have we ever thought that eating less food is good for our body? So we all need to eat very little food. Also healthy food is always a unique part of wellness. In the history of human life you can travel the world but your physical health is the beauty of a beautiful normal life. If you're not healthy, you'll never have a good time traveling the world. Or don't feel good about fasting. Rather, you must eat good food and less food for good health.
Sea seeds are packed with nutrients. Especially we light date molasses in a glass of sherbet. Using lemon with moderate amount of sugar and chia seeds can make a great drink. Zia seeds contain a large amount of fiber, which is proven to be a healthy and energy-rich food that contains essential nutrients for the human body, including omega-3 fatty acids, calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus. You can eat these chia seeds especially for your heart health. It also regulates cholesterol temperature by reducing fatty acids, and helps in overall good life with blood pressure regulation. You can have a great time by eating this amazing watery food.
You can make a meal of almonds and honey with mashed bananas and pure cow's milk. Which will improve your overall health as a nutritious food. Also, during the month of Ramadan, we usually eat some fried food. All of which is delightful. Everyone enjoys eating dates and mudri, the main part of Iftar, especially piyaji beguni and potato chops. By the grace of the great Lord, may I be able to observe fasting, the creator will grant me that grace, Amen. Above all your prayers will always help me to stay healthy.
During Sehri, after eating properly, you must drink more water.
We must ensure that Sehri food is not wasted in any way.
Waste can never be a good thing as we all know. We must all refrain from waste prevention.
Of course, everyone must obey the instructions given by the creator.
We must stand by the side of the poor, the distressed and the helpless and extend our hand of support to them. It's a great job.
The virtues of the month of Ramadan are more than other months. Which we wholeheartedly believe in.
