You see a motorcycle. But I'm not showing you motorbikes here. Here I am showing some beautiful houses of fresh soil in my village Bengal. We walked a lot through this soil barefoot and I still love to walk barefoot back home. Here you see a chicken, an animal whose walk is important. Because in various ways he finds food, walks to keep his physical exercise and health normal. Because walking and collecting food for the chicken fills the stomach. Let's walk further and move on to the main theme.
I can't seem to stop walking. If I lie down for five minutes, I have to walk again if I remember something to do. Just jogging motivates me at work to lose more and exercise regularly. But excessive walking is part of the physical damage. But I know that walking one to two kilometers is a physical fitness and normal. But still I know why I can't stop walking. Because I don't like to waste time sitting around. So I like to incorporate walking into my normal activities. Asana spend some unique time with nature.
But walking becomes essential when a person engages in his normal activities. Also I always love to walk barefoot with such wonderful nature and surroundings. But this is a walking scene of a city man.
But I love spending some unique time with nature on basic walks. A normal walk along with enjoying the beautiful scenery within a km or two draws me in on the basic needs of well-being.
But I prefer to walk at a normal distance. I especially love spending some time with other natures in our city and connecting with the soil and nature with the wonderful feeling of walking barefoot. But a man can get tired of walking. Although sitting and resting for a while. But again he was ordered to do some work. Because shopping in our family and some markets is a daily activity. Still physical maintenance and fitness activities are to be done through walking. Walking is a great activity that everyone can do everyday activities by walking.
Everyone here is walking, but my work always allows me to walk. For example, these people are walking for some activity with beautiful feelings. However, the importance of walking within the normal to protect their physical health and balance is immense.
As per the main theme here I am sending the message of walking inside my normal.
Here I am trying to show you all the environment around me. Where nature and environment exist, the movement of human life is always immense. I always feel a natural sense of well-being during my walks. I determine how much I walk based on the reason I'm walking. Because walking more than normal can make night sleep difficult for me. I enjoy walking in nature to complete the normal activities around me with my natural well-being. Walking is a great skill that people do all the time in different ways. I feel somewhat comfortable keeping my walking pace normal with some of the nature and environment of my city. All of which do not instruct me to sleep. Rather I feel normal health while walking. However, when I go to the market, I feel comfortable to buy daily necessities including different types of vegetables. When I see people walking I think I need to walk more. Because while sitting at home is comfortable for me, it is not health, but walking I naturally consider myself healthy.
