Necessary Materials
Chicken bones
Anchor Dal
onion
Green chillies
garlic paste
turmeric powder
Chilli powder
Cumin powder
salt
bay leaf
cardamom
cinnamon
Step - 1
First I put a quantity of oil in a pot. Then I added chopped onion, bay leaf, cinnamon and cardamom. Then stir fry everything for a while.

Then I added ginger and garlic paste. Then add cumin powder, salt, turmeric powder and chili powder.

After that, I shook everything well and squeezed it for a while.

Then add the dal and mix well with the masala.

Then I put the chicken bones there and shook it.

Then I gave the amount of water. And took quite a while. When the water dries up a bit, I put a few whole green chillies in it.

When it is cooked well, take it out of the oven and serve it on a plate.
