Wow, that is a serious spread, I am sure all guests were more than satisfied. I'd never heard of hamonada before, and although I don't speak Tagalog, it's clear "ham" is involved πππ.

Yeah...I guess it's a Spanish term derived from "Jamonado" which is similar to ham though hamonada or hamonado is cooked fresh while ham is prepared and cured to at least 6-8 months or longer. Both have distinct taste too.π

I just learned something new. In the countryside of the USA we have something called "country ham," not trendy anymore because it is so unhealthy, but I loved it as a kid. It is just ham cured in a barrel of salt for nearly one year.
