Most part of this town conta8ns many kinds of trees and other wild plants. Other places was already developed into park just like this one. This was located at the back of the Municipal hall. This place contains many kinds of trees just like Acasia, Mahogany, Manggoes, and Germilina trees. It gives a cool and fresh placeand everyone loves to explore the beauty of the place.
Ancestral House:
Naawan, Misamis Oriental contains some historical stories behind of the place just like this one. This was an old hospital during World War II and this is a kind of very old house. In fact, this house was already in historical sites of Misamis Oriental. The house was build with hard trees just like Tugas, and the structure and style are very perfect. Many earthquakes happens in this place but this house stands perfectly not with a small cracks. The Municipal hall Personels have plans to preserve this ancestral house and make as a tourist spots to all people who will visit the place.
A Fish Port:
This is the place were the fish displayed and chilled. This is the Naawan fish port located near at boulevard walk. Every morning, many small boats and pail of fishes are landed in here and chilling before transport it in the Public Market for selling. The place is very good and perfect to all fish dealers and sellers. Every 4 o'clock in the morning fish buyer went in this place and look for the fish they want to buy and resell to the Public Market.
This is the boulevard place located near at the seashore. The Town conducted a big activities here in this place because this is the perfect spots for helding some big activities just like disco or rave party. The other parts of the place was this old port and as the years has already passing by, this old port was completely abandoned. There was also a speedboat owned by coast guard this will to maintain the peaceful and to prevent the illegal commitment.
San Isidro Labrador Church:
The Patron Saint of Naawan Is the San Isidro Labrador and this is their church. The place is very spacious and very clean. Many church goers intend their holy spirit needs every sunday, this church is also very old and it has been built late 1901.
A Delicious Snacks:
This the most popular snacks here in Naawan, the burger and halo-halo. It is slightly expensive but very delicious. My travel blog will not be completed without this delicious burger and halo-halo. People loves to eat this especially the children and even people who came from far away places ordered this kind of delicious snacks.
There are some beautiful places here Naawan Misamis Oriental and it is still under construction until now-a-days. Naawan Misamis Oriental is a progressive town and still moving forward their economy progressions.
