This week we are popping wheelies, all in the name of fun, but with a little friendly competitiveness. Bring your best or worst bike down to the lounge and be judged by the clock, and may the longest wheelie win. Even if you don't have a moto that's okay, you can borrow one or even use anything possible of popping a wheelie, whether it be a bicycle or even a wheelchair.
The wheelie contest will take place on the badminton court, so you'll have to learn how to turn if you want to win big. Also, we have chosen to leave the net up to make things a little more interesting, so be careful. Bonus points are available for anyone able to perform one-handed wheelies or any kind of variation on the basic wheelie, perhaps even drinking a coconut. These ones were at a beach access a bit further from where I live so even though they were painted during Tet (Lunar New Year) I never got to see them until yesterday.

Night Visit at Silliman University - My Alma Mater

My family, my sister, and my nephew were dining near my alma mater when we decided to visit. It was already dark. Way back in college, my sister and I were used to roam campus at night. We live in a dormitory inside campus. So it was not unusual to take a stroll at night.
