Here we are once again and I've got some quality undervalued content as always. Strangely enough you will see more than one cup of coffee and more than one ocean-view horizon, this was unplanned but somehow gives a bit of a theme to this collection of posts. My wife and daughters are now on the road to enjoy Khmer New Year, so it's just me home alone keeping ASEAN Hive alive and my kitties fed.
As an American citizen, I have noticed an increase in hateful speech towards Southeast Asia, specifically Cambodia because it was targeted as public enemy number in Trump's trade war. My family and must be within the USA's borders by June 11th or our visas expire, but I am genuinely concerned about my country starting World War 3. My government has referred to the global poor as "peasants," and also said other countries need the USA more than we need them. Let me just say that I do not agree with any of this and I know that Southeast Asians among the world's most innovative, hardworking, and resilient people.

A Walk at Pantawan Rizal Boulevard, Dumaguete City
by: @me2selah(ᴇxᴄᴇʀᴘᴛ) Well, it is not a secret that my family loves to travel. Go to places. Create memories with family and friends. I am not really done with sharing our trip from December 2024 to January 2025. I have already shared about how we spent the New Year, visiting friends, and taking a night tour of my Alma Mater. Today I want to talk about our walk at Pantawan Rizal Boulevard, Dumaguete City.

A Morning Coffee From Vietnam, CA PHE: CHON DEN
by: @viviehardika(ᴇxᴄᴇʀᴘᴛ) One morning at the office, I wanted to enjoy coffee. Usually, when I want to drink coffee—usually coffee with milk—I will eat my breakfast first. But this time I didn’t want to have breakfast, so the coffee I had to drink was black coffee. Besides the desire, drinking coffee in the morning is my way to stay awake. This time I tried Vietnamese coffee. I was curious about the taste. Some time ago, I went to Vietnam, but this coffee wasn’t the one I brought for my colleagues in the office.
