Ese rato de autocuidado, de recreo en ti y por ti, ¿qué precio le pondrías? He dejado de ser clienta en muchos negocios justamente por el mal servicio. Los productos al fin y al cabo son cosas que varían poco en su valor esencial, pero la experiencia de la compra puede ejercer una diferencia brutal. Suelo decir que el refresco sabe igual en todos los bares, pero no en todos los bares "me sabe" igual.
I am one of those people who always prefers quality over quantity, with very few exceptions. The feelings you experienced cannot be quantified, such as leaving the hairdresser's with high self-esteem, feeling beautiful and powerful. That moment of self-care, of recreation in and for yourself, what price would you put on it? I have stopped being a customer at many businesses precisely because of poor service. Products, after all, are things that vary little in their essential value, but the shopping experience can make a huge difference. I often say that soft drinks taste the same in all bars, but they don't all ‘taste to me’ the same.
