😜Hello everyone! Today I had time to write, even though it's very late. Sales are still sluggish due to monetary changes; at least in my business, that's how it is. In the meantime, we're taking the time to make posts and organize the freezing cabinets, preparing everything for tomorrow, which, God willing, will be empty. Amen!🫡🫢
Today I want to share some possible causes why a business might fail. These are not the only ones, but they are relevant:
Lack of market research: Not understanding customer needs can lead to costly mistakes😔.
Poor planning: The absence of a solid business plan can result in a lack of direction🤔.
Financial problems: Lack of capital and poor resource management are common obstacles.✍️
Inadequate marketing strategies: Sometimes we fail to capture the target audience. I include myself here😂; I handle the advertising myself, and although I haven't failed at that yet, there's always room for improvement.
Inability to adapt to market changes: Currently, we are adapting to the inflation of the bolívar in relation to the dollar, which is slowing down the economy.🥲
Unrealistic expectations about success: Sometimes we want to appear as something we are not.🙄
Dependence on a single customer or product: That's why I manage four different types of ice cream in various presentations.🥴
Lack of passion and commitment: This is essential for achieving success in our business. If we don't believe in ourselves, who will?😎
It’s important to keep these considerations in mind to avoid failure. Let’s keep moving forward!🙏
Now, my dear followers and readers, we must focus our horizons on good management when starting a business. I would recommend that, above all, we look for paper and pencil and a cell phone💅. This way, with the paper and pencil, we can write down everything we need to start: how much we are going to spend, how much we have, how we can sell, and what are the ways to achieve good marketing on social media, which is the most successful. I use it.👀
The phone will help us look for references from people who have already started in the same area we are about to begin. This way, we will see another way of understanding the business and the ups and downs that person had to reach where they are now. I use it daily; where do you think I get so many ideas for flavors and presentations? Hahaha😂. Anyway, my idea is to give you the necessary tools to start without losses.😇
😱 To close the topic, today someone approached me talking about their personal project. Can you guess what it is? I don’t know, haha! They are dedicated to buying damaged little trains from amusement parks, which they then sell to repair them. I don’t know why, but this person buys them, repairs them, and rents them out to those who sold them. I was amazed; this can’t be true. There are business opportunities everywhere that should be seized.
🤑 Then this person said, "What if I buy it, repair it, and rent it to you? This way, you don’t have to worry about the train's operation." Now they have successfully bought one and are building a personal one from scratch, assembling the tracks, the cars, the starter motor, the framework, the protections, and the lights. One thing led to another, and before that, they were doing something very different from what they are currently doing.
So, friends, the money is out there; we just need to look for it without giving up.

😜¡Hola a todos! Hoy me dio tiempo de escribir, aunque ya es muy tarde. Las ventas siguen frenadas por los cambios monetarios; al menos en mi emprendimiento, es así. Mientras tanto, aprovechamos el tiempo para hacer publicaciones y acomodar las cavas de congelamiento, preparando todo para mañana, que, si Dios quiere, quedarán vacías. ¡Amén!🫡🫢
Hoy quiero contarles algunas de las posibles causas por las que un emprendimiento puede fracasar. No son las únicas, pero son relevantes:
Poca investigación de mercado: No entender las necesidades del cliente puede llevar a errores costosos😔.
Planificación deficiente: La ausencia de un plan de negocio sólido puede resultar en una falta de dirección🤔.
Problemas financieros: La falta de capital y un mal manejo de los recursos son obstáculos comunes.✍️
Estrategias de marketing inadecuadas: A veces, no logramos captar al público objetivo. Aquí me incluyo😂; la publicidad la manejo yo mismo, y aunque aún no he fallado en eso, siempre hay que ir mejorandola mas.
Incapacidad de adaptarse a cambios en el mercado: Actualmente estamos adaptándonos a la inflación del bolívar en relación al dólar, lo cual frena la economía.🥲
Expectativas irrealistas sobre el éxito: A veces, queremos aparentar lo que no somos.🙄
Dependencia de un solo cliente o producto: Por eso manejo cuatro tipos diferentes de helados en distintas presentaciones.🥴
Falta de pasión y compromiso: Esto es fundamental para lograr el éxito en nuestro emprendimiento. Si no creemos en nosotros mismos, ¿quién lo hará?😎
Es importante tener en cuenta estas consideraciones para evitar el fracaso. ¡Sigamos adelante!🙏
Ahora, mis queridos seguidores y lectores, debemos enfocar nuestros horizontes en buenas gestiones a la hora de iniciar un emprendimiento. Yo recomendaría que, antes que todo, busquemos papel y lápiz y un celular💅. De esta manera, con el papel y el lápiz, vamos anotando todo lo que necesitamos para iniciar: cuánto vamos a gastar, cuánto tenemos, cómo se puede vender, y cuáles son las maneras de lograr un buen marketing en redes sociales, que es el más exitoso. Yo lo uso.👀
El teléfono nos servirá para buscar referencias de personas que ya emprendieron en lo mismo que nosotros vamos a comenzar. Así, veremos otra forma de entender el negocio y las altas y bajas que tuvo esa persona para llegar hasta donde está en este momento. Yo lo uso a diario; ¿de dónde creen que saco tantas ideas en sabores y presentaciones? Jajaja😂. Bueno, en fin, mi idea es darte los medios necesarios para que arranques sin pérdidas.😇
😱Para cerrar el tema, hoy se me acercó una persona hablándome de su proyecto personal. ¿A que no se imaginan qué es? No lo sé, ¡jajaja! Se dedica a comprar trencitos dañados de parques de diversiones, que luego vende para repararlos. No sé por qué, pero esta persona los compra, los repara y se los alquila a quienes se los vendieron. Yo me quedé asombrado; esto no puede ser. En todos lados hay oportunidades de negocio que se deben aprovechar.
🤑Entonces, esta persona dijo: "¿Y si lo compro, lo reparo y se los alquilo a ustedes? Así no se preocupan por el funcionamiento de ese tren". Ahora ya logró comprar uno y está armando uno personal desde cero, es decir, armando los rieles, los carritos, el motor de arranque, el emparrillado, las protecciones y las luces. Una cosa llevó a la otra y antes de eso hacía algo muy diferente a lo que hace actualmente.
Entonces, amigos y amigas, el dinero está ahí; solo debemos buscarlo sin rendirnos.
