Hoy con un tema que tiene mucho de subjetividad, de cómo vemos y vivimos la vida y del cual, pudiéramos afirmar, que se convierte en el propósito de muchos. La felicidad.

La felicidad es uno de esos conceptos abstractos en los que algunos creen en su existencia y otros no, para unos es el momento y para otros el camino, unos creen que llega sola y otros creemos firmemente que podemos accionar intencionadamente para procurárnosla. Cuando la queremos definir, las palabras que nos llegan son satisfacción, gozo, plenitud, alegría y todo un conjunto de emociones y sentimientos que nos colocan en el lado positivo de la vida.

¿Es la felicidad un tema pertinente en el emprendimiento? Siiiiiiii y mucho, pues detrás de cada emprendimiento está la persona, ese ser creativo, soñador, lleno de fe, esperanza que a partir de una idea confía en que esta prospere y le genere un alto grado de satisfacción y bien-estar.

Algo caracteriza la actitud del emprendedor feliz realizar su actividad con optimismo y entusiasmo. Si bien es cierto que el factor económico es uno de los grandes motivadores para emprender, también hay otros factores que se encuentran al mismo nivel de importancia.

Nos apasiona esa idea y ese hacer que estamos desarrollando, encontramos satisfacción en los pequeños logros, miramos con optimismo el futuro de lo que estamos haciendo y trabajamos con amor, dedicación, responsabilidad y compromiso para que ese proyecto que gestamos nos dé todo lo que esperamos de él.

Mientras lo hacemos, cada meta lograda nos llena de felicidad, saber que el dinero que nos entra, poco o mucho, es fruto de un esfuerzo que nació de algo propio que concebimos, crea emociones positivas tan intensas que te inspiran y te hacen querer seguir adelante.

Ahora toda esta pasión y felicidad que nos genera nuestro emprendimiento tiene su base en algo más profundo y que se recoge en la conocida frase “amo lo que hago”.

El emprender tiene muchas dimensiones y otra de las que producen mayor satisfacción es esa visión puntal de aportar al bienestar a los demás, es lo que llamamos “emprender con propósito”, el cual parte de la idea de que sumas al contexto donde te desarrolla.

Hace dos días, el 20 de marzo se celebró El Día Internacional de la Felicidad. Si observamos con atención, la felicidad del emprendedor se encuentra sujeta, en gran medida, a su propósito de vida, de hacer aquello que le gusta, a sus talentos, a las habilidades y competencias que ha desarrollado.

Desde esta perspectiva te invitamos a unirte a esta iniciativa:

¿Encuentras felicidad en tu emprendimiento? ¿Qué es lo que más te genera felicidad en él? Si no eres emprendedor, también puedes participar planteándote, por ejemplo, ¿Qué crees que produce la felicidad del emprendedor? Hay quienes afirman que los emprendedores son más felices que las personas que tiene un trabajo estable con un sueldo fijo, ¿compartes esta idea?; ¿Si, No, Por qué?

Happiness is one of those abstract concepts in which some believe in its existence and others do not, for some it is the moment and for others the path, some believe that it comes by itself and others firmly believe that we can act intentionally to procure it. When we want to define it, the words that come to us are satisfaction, joy, fulfillment, happiness and a whole set of emotions and feelings that place us on the positive side of life.

Is happiness a relevant topic in entrepreneurship? Yes and very much so, because behind every entrepreneurship, there is the person, that creative being, dreamer, full of faith, hope that from an idea trusts that it will prosper and generate a high degree of satisfaction and well-being.

Something characterizes the attitude of the happy entrepreneur to carry out his activity with optimism and enthusiasm. While it is true that the economic factor is one of the great motivators for entrepreneurship, there are also other factors that are at the same level of importance.

We are passionate about the idea and the work we are developing, we find satisfaction in the small achievements, we look with optimism to the future of what we are doing and we work with love, dedication, responsibility and commitment so that the project we are developing gives us everything we expect from it.

While we do it, each goal achieved fills us with happiness, knowing that the money that comes to us, little or much, is the result of an effort that was born from something we conceived, creates such intense positive emotions that inspire you and make you want to move forward.

Now all this passion and happiness that our entrepreneurship generates has its basis in something deeper and that is reflected in the well-known phrase “I love what I do”.

Entrepreneurship has many dimensions and another of those that produce greater satisfaction is that vision of contributing to the welfare of others, is what we call “entrepreneurship with purpose”, which is based on the idea that you add to the context where you develop.

Two days ago, March 20 was celebrated the International Day of Happiness. If we look closely, the happiness of the entrepreneur is subject, to a large extent, to his life purpose, to do what he likes, to his talents, to the skills and competences he has developed.

From this perspective, we invite you to join this initiative:
