My Notes on Growing Hydroponic Lettuce for the First Time - Catatan Saya Bertanam Selada Hidroponik Untuk Pertama Kalinya

Day Two: Eighteen seeds of various lettuces. I'm currently learning the basics of hydroponic farming. I placed the seeds for twenty-four hours in a dark place, after germination, I put it in a bright place exposed to sunlight. As a note, there is one seed that has not yet germinated, so I have separated it and stored it in a dark place.

Hari Kedua semai, aneka selada, ada delapan belas benih. Saat ini saya sedang belajar dasar-dasar bercocok tanam dengan metode hidroponik. Benih-benih tersebut saya tempatkan selama dua puluh empat jam di tempat yang gelap setelah berkecambah, saya tempatkan di tempat yang terang terkena sinar matahari. Sebagai catatan ada satu benih yang masih belum berkecambah sehingga masih saya pisahkan dan simpan di tempat yang gelap

On the third day, the seeds have started to grow roots and then on the fourth day, shoots have grown so they need to be placed in a place exposed to sunlight, and when drying them, the tray must be filled with a little water, at least to keep the rockwool from drying out, which can cause the growing shoots to lack water.

Pada hari ketiga, benih sudah mulai bertumbuh akarnya dan kemudian pada hari keempat telah tumbuh daun tunas sehingga perlu ditaruh pada tempat yang kena sinar matahari, dan pada saat menjemur ini nampan harus terisi air sedikit, setidaknya untuk menjaaga agar rockwool tidak kering sehingga menyebabkan tunas yang tumbuh kekurangan air.

Fifth Day / Hari Kelima.

On the fifth and sixth day, the shoots have begun to grow more perfectly and at this time the lettuce seeds have become lettuce seedlings, so it is necessary to check and pay attention to whether there are any etiolated seedlings so that special attention is needed.

Pada hari kelima dan keenam, daun tunas sudah mulai tumbuh menjadi lebih sempurna dan pada saat ini benih selada sudah menjadi bibit selada untuk itu perlu dilihat dan diperhatikan apakah ada bibit yang etiolasi sehingga perlu ada perhatian khusus.

Going forward, I will continue to document and record the development of these lettuce seedlings as best I can. Oh yes! The seeds that hadn't germinated before finally did, and I collected them on the same tray to dry in the sun. (hpx)
