We're not just talking about the fact that this sequel comes 13 years after the first instalment, but that it's a thousand times better. The setting is superb, and it also employs the rarely used device of mixing live action (i.e. actor-acting) with the gameplay in a succession of well-executed transitions that don't make the change feel abrupt
No solo hablamos de que esta secuela llega 13 años después de la primera entrega, sino que está mejorada por mil. La ambientación es buenísima y además emplea el recurso poco usado de mezclar acción real (es decir, actuaciones con actores) con el gameplay en una sucesión de transiciones muy bien logradas que hacen que no se sienta abrupto el cambio.
The gameplay is improved (although it was already very good in its time) the atmosphere is much more disturbing and well done, the handling of terror goes a little further, it feels more cinematic, you can feel the love with which the game is made, it is a 10/10 for me.
El gameplay está mejorado (aunque ya era muy bueno en su tiempo) la ambientación es mucho más perturbadora y bien lograda, el manejo del terror va un poco más allá, se siente más cinematográfico, se nota mucho el cariño con el que está hecho el juego, es un 10/10 para mi

This game is not remarkable for aspects such as graphics, direction or artwork, however its story is good enough to not want to stop playing. We play a radio DJ who, due to some events, ends up answering 911 calls at the radio station, which means that we will have to help the victims of a serial killer via telephone.
Este juego no es destacable por aspectos como los gráficos, la dirección o apartado artístico, sin embargo su historia es lo suficientemente buena para no querer dejar de jugar. Encarnamos a un Dj de una radio que por algunos acontecimientos termina atendiendo las llamadas al 911, lo que quiere decir que tendremos que ayudar a las victimas de un asesino serial vía telefónica.
The terror is in the pressure that represents that the lives of the victims are in our hands, also the solutions are quite complicated, at least (as I have seen) do not have countdown, although I guess you can not take eternity, but by the gameplays I've seen if it is scary and distressing each mission.
El terror está en la presión que representa que las vidas de las victimas estén en nuestras manos, además las soluciones son bastante complicadas, al menos (según he visto) no tienen cuenta atrás, aunque supongo que tampoco creo que puedas tardar la eternidad, pero por los gameplays que he visto si es aterrador y angustiante cada misión.

What can I say! It's an excellent remake in every sense of the word, graphics, gameplay, controls, AI, story... everything is perfect, well it has some very slight details but it's so good in its features that I can't say anything bad about it, I got very fond of it.

Es un excelente remake en toda la extensión de la palabra, gráficos, jugabilidad, controles, IA, historia... todo es perfecto, bueno, tiene algunos detalles muy ligeros pero es que es tan bueno en sus características que no puedo decir nada malo de él, le tomé muchísimo cariño.
They did almost the impossible: improve what was already almost perfect, the setting is great, it handles terror very well, the cinematography is perfect, the controls are a delight... without a doubt my favourite of all the games of this past year.
Hicieron casi lo imposible: mejorar lo que ya de por si era casi perfecto, la ambientación es buenísima, maneja el terror muy bien, la fotografía es perfecta, los controles una delicia... sin dudas mi preferido de todos los juegos de este año pasado.
