I use Ecency app wallet to claim, stake and transfer all my 2nd layer tokens. It is most efficient. Give it a try!

Boost requests are most often refunded due to low Ecency VP. There are so many requests for boosts and curators try to give out as many boosts as possible. Often it is Ecency published posts that request 150 point boosts that get approved. If you do not receive a boost your POINTS are refunded
