Namaste to all the Warriors of Splinterlands!๐
In this week's ๐Splinterlands Social Media Challenge๐, I am going to show you such a battle in which I even made a big mistake in the lineup and the enemy kept building such tremendous pressure on me throughout that I almost accepted defeat in the middle of the battle and directly clicked on the result and was shocked to see that I had won the battle. Come, let me show you how it happened.

The total mana cap for this battle was 45, including the summoner's mana cost as we all know and the ruleset for this battle is Lost Legendaries: can not summon legendary units!
My lineup for this outstanding battle!
I created my team by using 45 of my total mana cap!
Obsidian Earth Summoner is my choice for this battle because he provides +1 Magic to all friendly magic attack units at just 4 mana cost and as per my strategy in this battle I had to focus mainly on Magic cards but for some extra strength I also added 2 heavy melee attackers in my team. My opponent focused mainly on range attackers and initially, the battlefield looked like having two equally capable teams.

Let's now look at the Battlefield and how all cards are positioned!

Now let's see what happens when the battle starts!
๐ฅRound 1

Here first my card with Taunt ability had to face back-to-back attacks from the enemy after which this card lost almost all of its health and then my first position blunder got knocked out by an attack of the enemy's first position card. I am calling it a blunder because either this card should not have been in the team or if it was there then I should have positioned Pallus in the second place because due to Chaos Agent, my 2 melee attackers were not in attacking mode in the first round and this is also a reason why my enemy was able to build so much pressure.

Here by the end of the first round, even my card with the Taunt ability was finally out of the game and you see none of my melee attackers performed a single attack on the enemy.
๐ฅRound 2

And then contrary to the plan, at the start of the second round, one of my main melee attackers got knocked out without playing his role and after this, a total of 3 of my cards were out of the game and the enemy was still standing tall.
This was the time when I felt that I had lost this battle!
๐ฅRound 2 (somewhere in the middle)

It was the attack of my last place card, Goblin Psychic, which gave some boost to my remaining team by knocking out one of the enemy's cards as well as healing my first place card Pallus and this reminds me of the importance of a healer in the team.
๐ฅRound 3

Here in the third round, another enemy card got knocked out but if you compare the stats of my cards with the stats of the enemy cards, then you will understand how weak my team has become now and how difficult it is to stand here in the battlefield and think about winning the battle.

Here another attack from my Goblin Psychic has knocked out one of the enemy cards and has given me a little hope of winning this battle. Although the stats of the enemy cards are still much better than my cards, it is worth noting that now all the three remaining enemy cards of the enemy are range attackers which will stop performing attacks as soon as they come to the first position by default and this is the thing that gives hope to my team here!
However, I would suggest that you should watch the entire battle and believe me, you can learn a lot from it because even though it started with the enemy putting pressure on me, it was not a one-sided battle throughout.
Watching battles is a fun class, especially because this way you will get to know the significance of different stats, abilities, and other things. These stats are not a part of the cards without reason. Not only the attacking capability of a card but also its health, speed, abilities and positioning play an important role in your strategy.
