This is a Brawl Battle I played just half an hour ago. The mana cap was only 38, and there were three rulesets: Void, Need for Speed, and Tis But Scratches. The Void ruleset meant I couldn't include magic cards in my lineup, and since I had better cards for melee and ranged attacks, with stronger melee cards, I decided to build my team around the legendary Archon Elowen Sylphie, whom I added to my deck this season. And because this was a Brawl Battle where I could use a Gladiator card, I ignored the Void ruleset for just one card and included Quora Towershead in my lineup, placing her in the first position, followed by all my melee attackers. The reason there are two Quora Towersheads is that I empowered her with my Archon's Resurgence ability, giving this excellent card two lives instead of one in this battle.

Above, you can see its rebirth, which, upon its new birth, deals a -1 health blow to all cards on the battlefield. Although the -1 health penalty of the Resurgence ability affects both your opponent and your own team, this drawback can sometimes work in your favour. However, the much greater advantage is that by granting two cards the Resurgence ability through this Archon, you are essentially doubling their power. And by power, I don't just mean attack power. Your cards with the Resurgence ability are reborn with all their stats and abilities intact. So, even though you're limited to a maximum of six cards on the battlefield, if you have cards with the Resurgence ability, imagine each of your cards being equivalent to two cards of its kind.

After this, you'll see that even a stronger opponent will seem weak against you because you have the twin brothers of your most powerful cards available. For example, in this battle, you'll see that after knocking out my tank, the opponent's Quora Towershead increased its stats by +1 with the help of its Bloodlust ability, giving it a total of 3+3 = 6 attack power. However, after my Quora Towershead's resurgence with 100% stats, knocking out the same card twice became a major headache for the opponent, which gave me a significant advantage. Since there were no other cards behind the enemy tank that I needed to worry about, my victory in this battle was practically guaranteed after that card was knocked out.
This is the mind-blowing power of my legendary Archon, because you can provide any 2 cards in your lineup with the Resurgence and Trample abilities. You can choose your strongest cards for this, or maybe a healer who can repair your cards every round, allowing them to perform attacks for a longer duration.🔥
Splinterlands isn't an easy place, but that's what makes it even more fun. A perfect strategy takes into account many factors, including stats, abilities, rulesets, mana caps, and more. That's why it's even more important to consider all these factors when developing a strategy. Add good cards to your deck, but also work on improving your strategies, and strive to win as many battles as possible!🔥
